How to transfer leave balances from one legal entity to another legal entity

Hi All ,

I have transferred a worker from one legal entity to another legal entity . How to transfer the leave plan and the respective leave balance fo the employee.

This feature is enabled. Will the leave balances in one legal entity be transferred to another legal entity automatically after we change the employment.

Hello, you can export the data using DMF from the source legal entity and import into the target legal entity. Depending on what parameters are already set up in the target, you will need the entities:

Leave and absence plan

Leave and absence plan tier

Leave and absence enrollment

Leave time off request

Leave and absence bank transaction

I am currently trying to have a Power Automate flow for this where the mail goal is to automatically transfer leave and absence information of a worker when that worker changes from legal entity.

I see 2 important parts within such a flow.

1. Have a trigger that checks when a worker has transferred LE

2. Take the leave and absence information (plans, enrollment, bank transactions, balances, time off requests...) and copy it in the new LE for this worker.

Date of the information to be taken is the date when the transfer occured.

Does anyone knows if such a flow exists, or has the knowledge to provide some information into how to set this up?
