I am researching on this issue and would appreciate any help, please.
Our Director would like to have access to the database or link where D365 error messages are logged (stored) and can be accessed on-demand. For example, a Case record created a Work Order and flagged this message: "An error occurred, please check the Work Order."
In the activity pane, logged against this exception was the message - "The version of the existing record doesn't match the RowVersion property provided."
Our Director wants to have more information regarding this error message and thinks that the D365 online should have a database that stores all error messages.
I would like to know if anyone knows how we can get more information regarding such error.
