Hello guys,
We're doing a pilot regarding Customer Service, and would like to create a guideline when creating a Case. We want to control the people who create a case to fill out specific details before sending in the Case. So my thought was the Portal, but is it possible since we're doing a pilot to do it an easier way like for e.g Microsoft form just to begin with?
Otherwise, what're your thoughts about the portal? Is it easy to config and how is the user experience?

Based on the requirement you can go for Dynamics 365 Portal for case management.

We would recommend you to go for OOB Customer Self Service Portal to get look and feel how Case Management works in portals.
