We have D365 CRM customer engagement on-premises version 9.1 installed in Window server 2019. The latest window server supported for D365 on-premises version is 2019.

Software requirements for Dynamics 365 Server | Microsoft Learn

However, the window server 2019 is eol on 9-jan-2024, can we upgrade the Window Server to 2022 ? I cannot find any supporting document regarding this issue.

Hello,

Windows 2019 ends mainstream support on jan/2024 but extended till 2029.

CRM onprem v9.1 only supports windows 2022 if you have at least v9.1.25 installed.
