Real-time Marketing: Unable to publish journey

Hi peeps,

Need some assistance. I'm trying to create a journey on Real-time Marketing with multiple sequential emails whereby if a recipient doesn't open an email, he/she will then be sent another version of the email in 1-2 weeks. Those that open, will then move to the next stage with a different set of emails.

To summarize, it's something like this:

Send template 1 to recipient
If open, template 2 sent after 10 days. If not open template 1a sent after 7 days.

If template 1 opened, then template 2 sent after 10 days. If not opened, template 2a sent after 7 days and it goes on until all 5 email templates are sent. Now when I try publishing the journey, I get the error "Publishing failed due to an unexpected problem. You can try publishing again. Open a support ticket if publishing continues to fail."

Question is, is there a limitation to how many tiles we can use? I'm using quite a fair bit of "respond to an action" and "hold an action for specific time". I also noticed if I were to create a simple journey with 5-10 emails every 1-2 weeks to a segment without using these conditions, it gets published.

Anyone facing this issue? No error message whatsoever, it just doesnt get published.

I am having the same issue as Clarita Hawat below this morning. Is this issues effecting all users?

    Hello Everyone,

I know it's been a while on this question, But I am having the same issue Unfortunately.
    I am sure I don't have 8 nested conditions.
Has anyone reencountered this issue and was able to solve it?
    Thanks Guys!

Thanks Haig. I once had the same issue too, when my journey had more then 8 nested conditions. This round my journey definitely has more than 8. Could be the reason although D365 doesnt mention it.

Is there anyway we can modify the settings to allow more than 8? Otherwise I've to cut down on the conditions.

    Hi Kevin Boey - Trainocate,

I designed a similar journey, but everything went well, I guess it's not the tile limit, the journey is only limited by eight nested conditions.

Maybe the problem has to do with the end date or some other setting.
