Attempting to update a option set field for the priority of cases. To do this I added what I wanted the new naming convention of case priorities to be, then exported the template from the all cases view, edited the existing fields to use the new naming conventions then went to upload it via the import data wizard.
I did this two days ago and the import is still at "Submitted". I had been reading some other similar posts regarding this but they all seem to be related to the 2011 On Premises version of D365 and they suggested restarting the asynchronous async service. Is there something similar I need to restart on the latest web based version of D365 or any troubleshooting techniques?
