    Hi raki,

1.There is only one rich text fields in Knowledge form.

2.We could filter published articles from search result with mouse clicking.

For example, I used relevance search to find articles with words "booking".

We can see there is a draft article in the result. Then we click on "Knowledge Articles", only the knowledge articles were left in the result list.

Then we click on "Published", there were only published articles.

    I think it's a very convenient way.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Hi raki,

I tried to added a new multiple Lines of Text field with the same properties of rich text fields and it failed. It's only a text field, not rich text.

Then I found some samples of other ways for you.

It's a third-party solution and it can allow you to add more rich text fields through JavaScript.
    Hope it helps.
