Converting a Post into A Case - Origin is Blanck. Dyn Social Engagement y 365

Hello People, 

Please your help. When a Post is converted into a Case, the Field: 'Origin' is blank.

The 'Creation & Update Rule' in Dynamics CRM in the Field Origin is set: (null(Channel(Properties))). This was set automatically.

The pictures below.

    Hi.

    Thanks for your advice. Yes, I did a rule item for each: "Channel Parameter", so there are 3 rule items: Twitter, Facebook and others. 

    But What I wanted is just to use one, that put immediately the 'origin'.

    Hi Roxana,

    Did you try removing the dynamics (yellow) value and instead select a value from the available values (may be "web)?
