Is it possible to send an real time mail to like outlook mail id/gmail id using workflow, if possible then how?

I want to send an mail like real time mail system, but i am unable to send mail to like gmail-id/Outlook-mailid.
How can i do that?

I don't want send an mail as an activity, it works like real mail system.
Like i have an outlook id, so at receiver side mail is send to the mailbox of that outlook mailid.
can you provide some pictures on how you going to do?
Above are the screenshots of workflow and it shows in Activity, but i want to send the to the outlook mail-id box not in activity.
Above is the mock-up of workflow which i want and it is the mail in outlook.
email entity is created as activity by Microsoft.
that is why it will display in activity
but don't worry, it will still send the email to the receiver.
