    Hi,
Isolatable suffix will show after you have register a new assembly.

Then after you click the Refresh button in the Plugin registration tool. The isolatable suffix will now disappear.

    Hi,

I encountered the same situation as you in my testing.
This may be a feature of the plugin registration tool, indicating that it is possible to register this plugin in isolation mode (Sandbox).
You can close the plugin registration tool or check in a day or two after the plugin has been successfully registered to see whether the /Isolatable/ suffix has disappeared.

If the above answers do not help you, it is recommended that you raise a support ticket to the Microsoft.
