Basic Form - Forward to a page on Failure in Dynamics 365 portal

Hi,

I have a requirement to forward to a new page when the portal page is failed.

Ex: there were three questions on a page. if the user answered 'Yes' to all the questions, it will forward to the success page. if the user answered 'No' to any of the questions, the page is forwarded to the failure page

We are using Dynamics 365 portal. in the Basic Form, I was able to redirect a page on success. However, there is no place to forward to another page when the page is failed. How I can save the changes and then forward them to the failure page? .

Hi SivaR,

Your settings on the "on Success Settings" tab mean that you can be redirected to a page once you have successfully completed the form.

Based on your description, you want to redirect to different page based on field value.

If so, you need achieve it through code:

Or you can try to use multistep form:
