What's the meaning of 'Correct' selection for Effective Access in AX 2012

I'm researching the security configuration in AX 2012 recently. I found that developer can set the Effective Access property to controls, server methods and tables when setting privileges. There're 6 selections for that property,

1. No Access (Can not see)

2. Read (Read only)

3. Update (Can update, but not create or delete)

4. Create (Can update and create, but not delete)

5. Correct (What does this do???)

6. Delete (Full control)

I cannot understand the 'Correct', if you can please help me out. Thanks in advance.

You can find that information in course Development I, Chapter 4 (Security).

    AOT Name Label Description
No Access No Access Does not provide any access to data.
Read View An end-user can view data.
Update Edit An end-user can view and edit data.
Create Create An end-user can view, edit and create new data.
Correct Correction An end-user can view, edit, create new and correct date-effective record without creating new records.
Delete Full control An end-user can view, edit, create new and delete data.

=> Correct is a new level concerning date-effectivity.
