RE: Some Search Topics Not collecting posts
Hi Elderor!
Which types of search rules have you set up under your search topics?
Here is a list of things to check:
- For Facebook, check that you have a Social Profile of type User added in Settings -> Social Profiles. This user should have a valid token under the ALLOW DATA ACQUISITION section. Additionally, the checkbox for Use for Search Acquisition should be checked.
- For rules which acquire private messages, you need to have the account for which search rule is set configured in your Social Profiles page in Settings.
Similar to the previous point, the checkbox under Acquisition for Private Messages should be checked.
