Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Online has introduced Social Listening. It allows us to configure scope of listening in terms of Keywords, Inclusions, Exclusions, Languages and Areas (facebook, twitter, blogs and videos). I would like to know is there any way to know which all sites/ forums are crawled (listened) by Social Listening when we select blogs or videos. For example, I (my client) would like to ensure that certain sites are included or not in listening scope? also is there any way to add or remove sites from listening scope?

Hi Sushil,
You can see the sites which are included in Social Listening scope. Also, you can block the sites which you don't want to include for crawling. The most they say on blogs is All Tumblr is included, and most of Wordpress. I don't know if there is a way to check for a particular blog or video.
