Hello,
I have created a new company in the demo environment (Contoso Environment/VM)
In the new company, the Account structures that i created are stuck in the ACTIVATING status when i try to activate them.
When i check on the batch job info log under system Administration module, there is no info log for the batch job
In resolving this error i have also put all the available Contoso account structures into draft mode and still neither Balance sheet account structure nor Contoso account structures activated that is they are all being stuck in ACTIVATING status

Hi Alexio,
Please check if your batch service (Windows services) is running and if the batch group used is linked to an active batch server. The batch job is currently in 'waiting' state, so it might be an indication that the batch is not running.
PS. Note that you are using an old version of the application which is not supported by Microsoft anymore.
It takes time for new account structure.
you may restart the server if stuck for two days
