Copilot Keeps Opening Message Window In 365 Dynamics and Won't Stop

I work in 365 dynamics all day and just starting yesterday afternoon, every time I open a new tab in dynamics, Copilot opens up this a message board that takes up a huge chunk of my screen. It makes the page load SLOWER and then I have to click out of it to get the data on my screen to display properly. I have opened up a ticket with my IT admin but it seems like they also struggle to know how to fix almost anything with 365 dynamics. Help?
 
Message to Microsoft: PLEASE STOP HAVING COPILOT AUTOMATICALLY OPEN WINDOWS AND MESSAGE BOARDS! IF I WANT TO USE COPILOT I WILL OPEN IT MYSELF. THIS IS MAKING IT HARDER FOR ME (AS WELL AS MY OTHER CO WORKERS) TO DO MY JOB AND TAKES ME LONGER TO DO TASKS.

    Your Admins can disable copilot through the application settings. If nobody in your organization is using it, this should be as easy as a toggle.
     
     
    One of the first sections in that link includes how to turn off Copilot in SalesHub. There are some other options in the admin.powerplatform.com center that allow you to turn it off for the whole environment.
