Solution Management in LCS D365

Hi,

I Need some details for how to properly use Solution Management in LCS Portal.

I have created a solution, added as software deployable package, solution is now published, it has generated Solution GUID. But now how can I use this solution in other projects / Other environments.

Any help is appreciated.

P.S. Sorry If I have chosen wrong Forum type dropdown, But I didn't found anything in Forums for LCS.

    Hi saboor,

     

    You can import the software deployable package to every projects that you have authority.

    Assets library is fine.

    I need details for solution management in LCS which is availble at orginaization/Global and at Project level.

    HI Saboor,

    The Solution GUID is used t olink your offer on the appsource. When you publish a new version of the solution, you can decide to have it restricted to your compny or global. When it is global (restricted) , you can invite your customers to this solution. Then they can receive notifications and retireve the new version.

    On your projects you can import the solution in Asset library / Solution package. The import will copy all assets from the solution to the asset library; model file, deployable packages, methodology etc.
