Invoice Capture - Using the app how to handle Procurement Categories

Hi Team,

The vendor account includes a PO Invoice Configuration Group, which means it should validate both the header and lines. If I receive an Invoice from the same vendor containing all procurement category lines, how does the invoice capture handle this scenario?

Hi,

You need to setup Invoice capture solution mapping rules for Expense type.

Expense type refers to Procurement categories, basis on condition, system identifies the procurement categories.
