TelephoneIntegration with Dynamics

We are looking into options to integrate our internal phone system with D365 Online Customer Service. We want to track all phone calls from our marketing phone system into Dynamics.

Could you please share anything to me which are the best options and why?

    Good day LangstonGP,

    There're many off-the-shelf applications in Microsoft Application which could help integration with Dynamics and your own phone system.

    I recommend following 'TelephoneIntegration: Phone connected to Dynamics' App which help capture and track phone calls.

    It would create new records or activities on incoming calls.
