We have set up a compliance profile with an external link.
When we send out a customer journey we never see a contactid being appended to the URL - we see msdynunsubscribeid and msdynmkt_trackingcontext (none of which are the contact id).
Per this link - the contactid should be appended to the external link id https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/real-time-marketing-compliance-settings
Is there something else we need to do?
