IFD works fine when accessing it in Intranet but I'm getting 404 error on external access even before login.
My url in browser is something like
.../adfs/ls/?wa=wsignin1.0&wtrealm=https%3a%2f%2fcrm.*****.ru%2f&wctx=rm%3d1%26id%3d4f653da2-f7b0-4f61-82bf-522d5f35a575%26ru%3dhttps%253a%252f%252fcrm.***.ru%252fdefault.aspx%26crmorgid%3dea9d3620-81a7-4003-8eba-5a0014c199ae&wct=2020-05-04T15%3a08%3a33Z&wauth=urn%3aoasis%3anames%3atc%3aSAML%3a1.0%3aam%3apassword
When I replace "default.aspx" with "main.aspx" in it and open this url in a new window, everything is ok. But if I clear cache and cookies, or just open it in a private mode or another browser, the problem reappears.
Version of CRM - 9.0.15.9.

I would advise you to check your Bindings in IIS server. You can only have 443 configured.
Also, check your rules in your Relying party trust.
