Where I can configure default exchange rate?

You can setup currency exchange rate type in GL - Currencies - currency exchange rate type. Select the same exchange rate type in currency exchange rate.
In Ledger setup select the default exchange rate type for "Accounting currency exchange rate type".
You can check following:
1. General Ledger > Chart of account > Main account > Select Ledger > Exchange rate type
2. General Ledger > Setup > Ledger
Please verify the set ups on the Ledger form and also the exchange rate defined on the currencies form.
