Hi All,

We have seen that Microsoft publish the IPs of the Dynamics servers here : support.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-online-ip-address-ranges

We added these IPs on our scribe security rule for the Dynamics365 , however the traffic only comes through if I enable a security role for all IP addresses .

May we know which IP(s) is/are missing to avoid integration traffic? Please advise.

Yes all of them should be added.

The link I provided above will always be the latest. Please advise your sysadmin team to make sure they regularly download and update their firewall settings

For Netherlands, upon checking has 120 IPS, all of these should be added on our scribe security? Can you provide the latest one?

Hi

Whenever you make any calls from CRM to an external system, CRM uses Azure data center IP addresses. These addresses change almost on a weekly basis. Microsoft publishes these address changes a week in advance so that Sys Admins can download the new IP range file and update their firewalls to allow new ip ranges or remove the old ones.
