Hi All,

when setup database of ax in step of configure existing databases and select database name successfully but setup does not import model of this database and available models is empty so i can't complete setup.why database model not imported and any solution of that?

What do you mean by "to import model of this database"?

Hello,

As i understand You are trying to install AOS server for already installed database. Most probable reason that the AOS cannot find the model database is not sufficient rights to the SQL database by the user installing AOS.

But please provide more details so i can be more descriptive how to fix that issue.

I already restored DB and DB_model in SQL, and In setup AX database when select configure existing database and select server name and also select DB, the next step show the imported model but in my case doesn't and i can't complete setup. I already ensured of roles of my user in SQL.

I am trying to setup database of ax not AOS, after setup DB i will setup AOS,I provided more details above.
