When testing an email, all links work fine, correctly going to the right URL with no errors.
A few people have then received the email, and notified us of the links showing 404 error when clicking through. Even though the links were fine in all our testing. A couple of these errors appear to be with MAC users.
This is an example of code that is being added onto the URL %20#msdynttrid=0pEcQxm4EQztF1FoLf_pvz4HjFSt2-KxA2Fo0fEy39Q and has appeared after the URL we put in the HTML code. We did not add this bit of code, it just seems to be appearing in the live email when clicking.
Does anyone know why this is happening? And why we can't see this issue on testing, only seems to be with live/sent emails (which isn't very helpful).
Thanks, Taggie
