Can you please guide me how to see the attachments in dynamics CRM I can see the attachments in Dataverse but not able to see in the Dynamics CRM i have taken the data from SharePoint to dynamics CRM so in Dataverse i have attachments and from share points it is coming in the Dataverse but not able to see in dyamics CRM.
It sounds like the attachments made their way from SharePoint to Dataverse, but Dynamics CRM isn’t picking them up visually. This usually happens if the attachments aren’t properly linked to the corresponding records through Notes or Email Attachments (activitymimeattachment). Also, make sure your CRM form includes the Notes section or Activity Timeline—attachments won’t show otherwise. And don’t forget to check user permissions on those related entities.
