RE: CRM Online V9 - Outlook App - Wildcard Search does not work
err yeah what ever happened to just good old search without DOS based wildcards and random %'s that noone would ever have guessed? We're finding the Dynamics App for Outlook right now is so bad, staff are creating duplicate contacts and Accounts because they think they don't exist in the system. Then you get a new contact for an existing account and cannot map them.
Has there been any feedback from MS on this? As it stands, this app has been fraught with issues since its announcement and hurried retirement of the old app. You can't pin the panel without the cache freaking out, now relevance search needs to revert to DOS style wildcards, but using % in a specific manner, instead of the older, equally ridiculous use of *'s everywhere! hehehe sheeesh!!!
