Hello! is it possible to have quality orders tied to a purchase order header/ an overall purchase order as opposed to a purchase order line?

I've tied them to PO items, inventory, sales orders, etc. but my users are looking to have a way to record a quality order that would essentially be used to grade a vendor and each of the purchase instances made with that vendor. This would include metrics like on-time delivery, condition of items received, quality of service, etc.

Hi navnah01,

Quality orders are designed for items, not for the vendors. Quality orders can only be triggered for items. Your requirement is valid but will require a custom report where you can combine data from confirmed purchase orders, receipts, and quality orders.
