Dealing with Ranking and Choice Questions/Answers in Power BI

I'm looking to visualize data in Power BI based on survey's made in Customer Voice. Going through the process, I'm having trouble extracting and figuring out how to get the actual rankings selected. Right now, when pulling from CDS, it just gives me all 4 answers after extracting it from it's JSON format in one cell. There is no data about which was ranked first other than the order listed. How do I get the rankings selected so that I can visualize them? See below as an example of what I'd be seeing in the response column:

CT13 did you find a solution to this?

It seems this requires a certain amount of data transformation to make the data useful in Power BI.
