Good Morning!
I have one issue regarding voice of customer survey response.
The issue is that when the survey response is generated, one or two fields are missing in the survey response.
For Eg. if I entered below fields in survey
1. Customer Name: Sam Smith
2. Customer No: 9564014545
3. City: Mumbai
So, when my Survey response is generated some time i get all the fields and some time get few fields i.e.
I get only Customer Name and City. The Customer No is missing. Sometime i get the Customer No and City and Customer Name is missing.
Any one have face this kind of issue?
