I'm trying to access a trial / demo tenant through my work address and I'm getting the error:
Provisioning failed. Please submit feedback via Dynamics Community if you are experiencing issues.
I cannot access Support, so I cannot log a support request.
Can anyone please help?

There was a similar issue recently reported on this forum where others from the same company also did deploy a trial and a new one failed. I wonder if there is a maximum of concurrent HR trial environments/licenses per tenant. To be able to know if that is the case, you can log an incident for Microsoft Support as they will be able to see from the telemetry what is causing the failure. I did deploy a new trial on my own trial account without issues about 2-3 days ago.
If you are not able to log the incident yourself, probably an administrator can?

I tried in-private too - still get the issue. Yes, the company I work for is an MS Partner and many others have provisioned...strange!
I see that the URL looks like this: https://signin.hr.talent.dynamics.com/?response=AlreadyAssignedLicense Maybe this means something?

Thanks for your question. Can you retry it using an in-private browser mode? Do you have deployed a trial before? Do you have colleagues which deployed a trial before?
