I am unable to select options in Multi select option field while creating a record.

The error is Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.MultiSelectAttributeOptionValuesBase

Can anyone help me.

    Hi,

    Check the values of the Multi Select Options field and verify if the key/value is correct and unique. Try to add some dummy valye and select that and see if that works to confirm if the issue is related to specific optionset value.

    Hi NK,

    You could try the following points:

    1.If you have custom JavaScript in the form, disable it and try again.

    2.Clear your browser data like cache, sessions.

    3.Check for the value and label.

    In addition, when did the issue appear? Was it after you populated the field or when you saved the form?
