Hi Team,
I would like to know if we can do personalization using Customer Insight.
Like sending segment created here to some personalization tools like Salesforce Interaction Studio/Adobe Target.

That's the primary purpose of it so Yes, although that depends on where you're defining personalization. Once you create a segment, you can set up an Export Destination. SalesForce and Adobe/AEP. II don't believe there's a specific destination for target, but you can setup a SFTP or Data Lake destination and ingest it from there. Additionally, you can take the Exports, enrich the data using the Enrichment feature and get much more detailed customer information and use that for hyperpersonalization.
