Set username and password manually crm portal user.

I have a requirement to set username as  'email 'and password 'mobile number' in contact as the creadential of ms crm pportal.

How can i achieve this?

    Ok,

    Contact password is stored adx_identity_passwordhash and a hashed value, so you need to develop your own logic to set the hashed password or you can use existing workflows that comes with Portal solution to pass your password and let them do the further work.

    I will suggest you to read this full thread, which discuss similar requirement, it will help you to implement your requirement.

    Ok Sir,

    I have 1000 users and i want to generate thier username and password for portal login. So, how can i achieve this?

    I'm able to get username from portal form but i dont know from where i can get or set pasword. So, that i can generate new ID & Password and share to all users .

    I will be better if you provide complete details when you post your question, it will help you to get your answer/suggestion quickly.

    What do you mean by dynamically, can you explain some more details, you can use script/server side code to update contact records.

    Hi,

    You can use your email id in under username and set password with your mobile number using change password button in contact entity.
