unable to search accounts since installing maplytics

We have just set up the trial for Maplytics on our Dynamics CRM and we are unable to search on any account/user/contact?

It looks to be creating a search criteria from maplytics

    Hi,

    Are you sure this is related to Maplytics as there was a know issue yesterday related to search.

    Refer this: community.dynamics.com/.../871286

    Check if you are still getting the error, if yes, share the complete log.

    It may not be related to Maplytics. Could you please check by removing some columns from search view as suggested in the link below?

    This was due to a platform fault and not a Maplytics fault. thanks Maplytics with your help on this

    If you still facing issue in Maplytics you can chose alternative version of Maplytics.
