Exported accounts and now trying to reimport with changes to field and importing on the guild/primary key to ensure the right account is updated. Getting failed as the account already exists tried multiple things and the only thing I can do is import new records I can’t update existing. It’s like the update feature is turned off. I can’t use a view to update my excel csv is specific after many other data pulls and lookups. I need to update the records without it telling me the record already exists. I am also not getting the yellow bar on import that says it will update if the record exists.
Anyone that can help please help I have used crm in the past at other companies and it worked as noted in crm book but something where I am helping isn’t working. Thank you.
