Looking to understand if there is a limit to the number of instances that are included in
All paid for plans include 1 production and 1 sandbox (test / dev) instance.
Additional sandbox and production instances are available at extra cost (per instance) and not per user.
Hi Joe Gilius,
This article describes how to add an instance to your subscription. A tenant can include up to 50 Dynamics 365 (online) production instances and up to 75 non-production (Sandbox) instances, but you are very unlikely to hit this limit.
Thank you for this. On an similar note, could you tell me if after we add another sandbox environment to our dynamics suite are we committing to a minimum year subscription for the environment or does the contract role monthly?
