Search results having blank columns

I have an issue with our CRM environment, where the search results doesn't show all fields values, unless we open the record, then when we go back to the search result, it will then show them.



tried to empty the browser cache but it didn't help.

If someone have experienced that issue and fixed it please share it with me. Thanks
