Is Dynamics 365 Marketing Included in the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners

I have a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners license and I also have purchased a Dynamics 365 Marketing license separately, but when I check the available Apps, I have several instances of Dynamics 365 Marketing "Not Configured", which implies I could discontinue my paid for license and utilize one of these available licenses. Has anyone else seen this?

Hey Anthony.

This is not related with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for partners, but most likely with the number of environments you have on your tenant. From the screenshot, you might be having 4 environments (and therefore, you can configure 4 apps). This is possible since you have the D365 Marketing, as the D365 marketing is tenant-wide.
