After i click on resolve button in case entity , status not be case resolved i checked the timeline i found it's reactivated automatic without i reactivate it.

Hi Mohamed,
You should check if there is js or workflow in the case form to reactive resolved case automatically, stop then.
Or you can also create an on-demand workflow to change case status to ‘resolved’.
Go Settings > Process.
