I notice the default header for all non-Prod environments is SANDBOX.
Is there a way we can change this? I want these to instead be UAT and Dev for each of our environments.

Unfortunately, you can't edit the 'SANDBOX' text, which is not customizable.

There is no way to change the enviornment header. You can only update your instance name and URL -

We changed the color of the bar, so our PROD is black, UAT is red, and Dev is green. Sometimes we spin up a POC environment and we do that one in blue.
We've changed the theme too. It seems crazy we can't change the actual header - SANDBOX is not reflective of the purpose of the environment.
