Manage alert on project stage change

Hi,

In the Project management and accounting module (FinOps), I'm trying to set up a custom alert (for validation process) when the project stage change (from "create" to "In process" as an example) but it doesn't work.
However when I create an alert for project creation, it works ...

Do you know if there is a limitation in Finance and Operations using project stage alert ? Have you faced this issue ? Do you use another way to meet this validation process requirement ?

Hi,

Did you find a way to make the alerts work?

I have the same issue; I want to create an alert for when a project changes stage from In process to Finished.

Creating an alert rule I can't find the field Project stage.

Any ideas how to get around this?

Hi,

It seems there might be a limitation in Finops when using project stage alerts. I think you should check the documentation for any specific restrictions. Alternatively, you could explore other methods to meet your validation process requirements, such as using workflow rules or custom scripts. I had a similar issue once but then I contacted the support and some of the people who helped me through this. Idk If I can share their details here but I am attaching it.
