(Demo) Orchestration flows are not publishing

Hi, I've been trying to publish orchestration flows in IOM and they are in the publishing stage for over a week now. Even the demo flows from Microsoft are not working. There is also no Update available for IOM. Anyone a Idea how to fix that issue? I'm currently working with this version:
