We are currently working on the integration of Dynamics V.8 in Germany Cloud with Outlook CRM App. What we can not understand which form of an entity (account, contact or lead) should be displayed in the Outlook CRM app (for example, by New Contact). We have the phenomenon that sporadically either the first Main or the Quick Create form of an entity is displayed. We can not understand the logic. What form should be displayed in the App? Is there any experience by someone about it? Is it a bug or feature?
Yes, when I am clicking (+) button, sometimes Quick create form is opening & sometimes Main form (but not always the first from the list of Main forms, I sorted them using Main Form Set) is opening. We have tested only for Accounts and Contacts and only using (+) button. Quick create is enabled and for these entities is available.
On the Quick Create Contact form we have a loop-up to Account (Account Name) and on the Quick Create Account form we have a loop-up to Contact (Primary Contact).
My testing scenario: I receive a Mail in Outlook, press Dynamics 365 symbol, then select Track and finally (+) button.
Could you pls help me with docs about Outlook CRM App describing what forms are being used there and possible limitations / rules.

From the same place & For the same entity?
This is driven by lot of factors like whether Quick create is enabled/Quick Create form is available for that entity, If the lookup field is mandatory in the form or not, subgrid relationship if you have multiple relationship between same entities, within Lookup window.
