Hi, 

I wanted to retrieve the 4ACC file.

Where can we find uploaded word templates in CRM ?

    Hi Sans,

    You can go to Settings > Templates > Document Templates to find it.

    If you want to find personal document templates, do the following:

    Click Advanced Find (Screen shot of Advanced Find button.).

    For Look for, select Personal Document Templates.

    Click Results (!).
