Hello,

I am working in DXC Technology. We are trying to create a POC project for a client using Dynamics 365 online trial version.

For this purpose, there is a requirement where we need to customize the schedule board.

We found that in the schedule board under Resource scheduling (Resource Scheduling --> Schedule board) , there is an option called “ Open Tab Settings” under Scheduler setting, where we can give custom fetchXML query for filters etc. (Please refer screenshot 1 below).

In our instance, we have made appointment entity as a schedulable entity. If I go to appointment entity and click on “Book” button to open schedule board, in this page, under Scheduler setting, there is no option / button called “Open Tab Settings”. (Please refer screenshot 2 below).

Our requirement is such that we should be able to customize the schedule board that is opened out of Schedulable entity

Could you please let us know how to get “Open Tab Settings” button on schedule board that is opened from Schedulable entity

Please note that we are working on POC project for a client on a trial Dynamics 365 CRM online instance.
