PSA Process Flow Stage auto hides

Hi,

I created a new project and saved it the 

The Process Flow with Stages hides automatically after page load is completed.

Is there any settings to be turned on.

    Hi Singaravelu,

    There is not such setting which auto hides BPF on the form load.

    Have you created any WF or custom plugin on the form load?

    We have the same issue. I found this post, which contains a workaround and says that Microsoft was supposed to fix the issue in early December. They have not done so yet, but the workaround seems to work just fine.

    Hi Partner

    This will get fixed in upcoming upgrade releases, For short-term fix, please just try to disable the event handler for collapseProcessControl.

    Disabling this event handler should not impact any other functionality as well as this is only to avoid the collapse of ProcessControl.

    I tried to disable the event handler but the dropdown menu is inactive.

    The screenshot you shared is of tab properties, you need to navigate to form properties and then disable the event handler.
