We are facing an issue where connection roles are being created twice during record creation. Upon investigation, we observed that one record is owned by the system, while the other is owned by us. Can you please assist in resolving this issue?
Hello we are facing one issue related to connection role
Hi, Your problem is when creating a /Connection Role/ but there are two records in the Table one belonging to SYSTEM and one belonging to the creator. Is this correct? Our team has created different types of Connection Roles and none of them have reproduced your issue, here are a few guesses. First of all, please make sure that there is no third-party plugin in your environment that is causing this issue. Based on your description, your issue can be simplified as /Creating one record in a table that cannot be edited, but two records are created in the table, one belonging to SYSTEM and one belonging to the creator/. This type of issue is most likely caused by a plugin or workflow. Secondly, during the testing we noticed that at the beginning the system creates some connection roles by default, and you can create connection roles with the same Name and type when you create them. Please check whether the link roles created are the same as the ones pre-created by the system.
(I don't think my answer helped you substantially, but I selected /Suggest Answer/ by mistake, I tried to change it, but I couldn't remove this selection, please forgive me for this mistake) Best Regards, Rudy Zhang
