How to create queue and pass the email

We have a requirement that when a new email comes from xxx@yyy.com, it should pass through a queue and we will create a power automate flow (Automated cloud flow) where the trigger point is when new email comes to that queue and our business logic will get execute. Now i need to know how and where to create a queue and configure that xxx@yyy.com email's only pass to that queue.

I dont beleive there is a way to restrict email addresses coming into a Queue from within D365 but you could create a Workflow to delete all other emails that come into the Queue
