So, have you tried what second screenshot is suggesting you?

It is asking you to update service account to any domain account, which can run service. You can do so by opening services using services.msc

type services.msc on your server and it will open services for you. in the list of service you can see all services. Now select any service for which you want to update password, go to log-in table and you can you do it there. if you will google "How to update password of a service in windows environment", it may give you many results.

But it was working a while ago then i restarted server for some reason and after restart server it is giving error . So is it possible this would be the reason?

In addition to above, second screenshot tells that service account does not have required user right "Log On as a service" . what do you suggest on this as i don't understand this ??

Your error message is clearly saying that axaosprod(account) does not have the required user right "log on as service"

you can easily search how to provide missing right, though error message is suggesting you way to do this.

For your point, "It was working a while ago..." ; I cannot comment as I am not aware what has happened in your system over-night or during last few hours. Probably you can see event viewer to track changes of few hours back. also it can help you to put your question on any system administration forum. I don't consider this a pure AX question.

    Hi Visvash,

If service account already have "log on as service" rights. Then please verify if you have not changed password of that account?

If yes then enter new password in log on tab of AOS service also.

    Regards,

    Hassan
